NEXT FFVL THEORICAL EXAM

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced pilot, a local or just passing through, we're delighted to share our passion for Paragliding with you at our FFVL-federated facility.

In the mountains or by the sea, in urban or natural settings, New Caledonian sites offer every facet of our sport: thermal or dynamic, the flights are always fantastic!

However, our island isn't expandable, and flying areas are limited. As everywhere, they are subject to a framework that enables us to preserve the safety of all and to maintain flight authorizations.

To help us benefit from these often fragile authorizations, please respect the instructions described on the following pages.

IMPORTANT :
- Beginners - Only the Deva, Gadj and Bourake sites are suitable for beginners.
- Ouen Toro (Noumea) - Only holders of a pilot's license are authorized to fly. It is strongly recommended that first flights are made in radio contact with a professional.

And that's all.

So it's quite different to NZ and Australia.

In France, Paraglinding is called "vol libre".

"Vol libre" translation is "Free Flight".
